Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) is required.
• Master’s degree in nursing or related field is preferred.
• Current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate resources for daily operations and staffing.
• Oversee fiscal management and strategic planning for designated services.
• Provide clinical oversight and quality improvement across units.
• Lead human resources and organizational development initiatives.
• Manage budgets and capital planning aligned with organizational goals.
• Ensure execution of department goals with timely performance reviews.
