Job summary

Ascension is seeking an experienced RN to join the Inpatient ICU Acuity Adaptable Unit at Ascension St. Vincent Lucas Family Brain and Spine in Indianapolis, IN. This full-time day shift role offers rotating weekends and opportunities to deliver high-acuity neurological and spine patient care.

You will coordinate across disciplines, implement physician and nursing plans, and support patient recovery in a Destination Center of Excellence, with comprehensive benefits and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• ICU experience required.
• Critical Care experience preferred.
• BLS Provider within 1 month of hire date.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of high-quality neurological and spine care for complex patients.
• Coordinate across medical disciplines to ensure seamless, accelerated recovery.
• Execute physician and nursing treatment plans preserving safety and excellence.
• Communicate real-time patient progress to the care team and families.
