Mass General Brigham is seeking a full-time RN for the Neurosciences ICU at MGH. BSN preferred; neuro and critical care experience preferred, but general acute care with strong interest in neuroscience will be considered.

The unit is a 22-bed, adult population with a fast-paced environment where you collaborate with a medical team to deliver high-quality nursing care and participate in unit-based research.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license in MA.
• BSN preferred; neuro/critical care experience is ideal.
• Candidates with general acute care experience and interest in neuroscience will be considered.

Aufgaben

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with care team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Modify treatment plans as indicated by patient responses.
