Job summary

Mass General Brigham in Boston, MA, seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Neurosciences ICU. You will care for critically ill neuro patients on a 22-bed unit, collaborating with a medical team in a fast-paced environment, and supporting bedside CT and life-support interventions as needed.

BSN preferred; RN with MA licensure; 0–1 year of clinical experience required. Competency in medication administration, vital signs monitoring, and patient documentation is essential at this level.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Clinical nursing experience 0-1 year required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology.
• Excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs.
• Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients' conditions.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
