Job summary

Aurora St. Luke’s Medical Center’s Neuro/Neurosurgical ICU team is seeking a dedicated RN to deliver high‑level neurological care.

The role features 36 hours per week, night shifts, and a 3rd weekend rotation with 50% holiday requirements, within a Magnet-designated environment. You’ll coordinate complex patient care, apply evidence-based practice, and collaborate with neurosurgeons, neurologists, and intensivists.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
• Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
• Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
• Strong interest and passion for neuro care
• A commitment to teamwork, communication, and continual professional growth
• 1 yr acute care RN experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process.
• Deliver safe, therapeutic care following standards and policies.
• Utilize evidence-based practice and clinical judgment to support outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
