Research Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordnate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care across departments in a large hospital setting in Kansas. The RN collaborates with physicians and care teams to implement care plans and ensure comprehensive documentation and patient education.

Candidates must hold an RN license with a Diploma, and obtain ACLS/BLS; TNCC or Advanced Trauma Care is required within specified timelines. No travel is required.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support must be obtained within 6 months of employment start date.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support required.
• RN Registered Nurse license and Diploma are required.
• Advanced Trauma Care for Nurse or TNCC must be obtained within 1 year of employment start date.
• No Travel Required.

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in collaboration with the care team.
• Document care administration in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Educate patients and families about conditions, status, treatment plans, medications, side effects, and follow-up measures.
• Promote self-management through lifestyle advice and post-discharge planning.
• Support continuous process improvements to meet quality measures and enhance patient care.
