Job summary

Qualifications

• Active RN license in NJ or multi-state license.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality patient care through the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Ensures patient safety by applying policies and procedures.
• Assists in pain management and comfort measures for patients and families.
• Coordinates with health care professionals to optimize outcomes and satisfaction.
• Performs discharge planning and patient education related to medications.
