Job summary

Cleveland Clinic's Neurological Institute is hiring Registered Respiratory Therapists for variable shifts at the Main Campus. This is an onsite opportunity to join a nationally recognized health system known for innovation in neuroscience care and exceptional patient outcomes.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will assess and treat patients with respiratory needs, monitor care plans, and collaborate with physicians and nurses to apply advanced respiratory therapies.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy Program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) by the National Board for Respiratory Care.
• Ohio Respiratory Care Professional (RCP) Board Licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• As applicable by site: ACLS; PALS; NRP; NBRC specialty credentials.

Responsibilities

• Provide assessment, treatment, care and evaluation to patients with respiratory insufficiencies.
• Direct respiratory caregivers for delivery of care.
• Implement and monitor patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about illnesses and community resources.
