Job summary

Cleveland Clinic Main Campus in Cleveland is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions, manage ventilators, and collaborate with nurses, physicians and the care team. You will perform cardiopulmonary evaluations, deliver therapies, and participate in education and coordination of care.

The role requires full licensure, NBRC RRT, Ohio license, BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, and a willingness to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) per NBRC.
• Ohio Respiratory Care Professional License.
• BLS/ACLS/PALS or equivalent certifications per AHA/Red Cross/NRP as site requires.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients with respiratory conditions.
• Perform advanced cardiopulmonary evaluations and manage ventilators/airways.
• Deliver lifesaving therapies and assist with bronchoscopy procedures as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and team members to optimize outcomes.
• Provide patient and family education about illness and care plan.
