Job summary

You will work 12-hour shifts (nights or days) with weekend rotations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and pursuing opportunities for professional growth within the organization.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• ICU experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a safety-sensitive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on illness management and post-treatment care.
• Ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while pursuing professional development.
• Develop and document personalized care plans with clear goals and effective team communication.
• Assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, spiritual, and cultural needs with respect to patient preferences.
