Job summary

Exceed Medical is seeking a Neuro Intensivist Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) to join our neuro‑intensive care unit team in Wisconsin. The role involves independent and collaborative care of acutely ill patients, working with EEG services and inpatient neurology consultants to deliver comprehensive neurocritical care.

The ideal candidate is board certified and licensed as an Adult‑Gerontology Acute Care NP/ACNP or PA, holds an NPI, and has current DEA registration along with BLS, ACLS, and

Qualifications

Board certified and licensed Adult-Gerontology Acute Care NP, ACNP, or Physician Assistant.
NPI number prior to start date and Medicare billing compliance.
DEA registration with 2–5 and state prescribing authority.
Current BLS, ACLS, and ENLS.
Preferred ≥1 year neuro-critical care experience as NP/PA or neuro ICU RN.

Responsibilities

Provide independent and collaborative care to acutely ill/medically complex neuro-ICU patients.
Coordinate with EEG services, inpatient neurology consultants, and neuro‑intensivist physicians.
