Job summary

The Neuro Intensivist Advanced Practitioner Provider (APP) in Exceed Medical’s Neuro ICU is a certified, licensed NP or PA who works both independently and with a multidisciplinary team to care for acutely ill neuro patients. The role supports EEG services, neurology consultants, and fellowship-trained neuro-intensivist physicians.

The position includes night shifts, some weekend nights, on-call shifts, and full-time hours with opportunities for proctoring procedures as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be board certified and licensed as AG-ACNP/ACNP or PA.
• Must have an NPI and meet Medicare billing requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Neuro Intensivist APP works with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to acutely ill/medically complex patients in the neuro-intensive care unit.
• collaborates with EEG services, inpatient neurology consultants, and neuro‑intensivist physicians.
