Job summary

Essentia Health in Fargo, ND seeks an Occupational Therapist to evaluate patients, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and coordinate care across a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited OT program with OT license
• Active state OT license in the applicable practicing state
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy evaluation and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement evidence-based interventions and discharge planning for a full patient caseload.
• Document, bill, schedule, and perform other administrative duties.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to optimize outcomes.
• Coordinate with Essentia Health leadership and referring physicians.
• Comply with policies, code of conduct, and professional ethics.
• Work where patient need is highest, flexing to other departments when needed.
• May serve as clinical instructor and participate in committees.
