Qualifications

• Evidence-Based Practice (Novice): Proficient at finding clinical evidence under supervision.
• Care Planning (Novice): Prioritize tasks, schedule care, and adapt to unit needs.
• Nursing Patient Education (Novice): Provide patient education in routine care.
• Nursing Patient Assessment & Evaluation (Novice): Assess and evaluate patients and communicate findings.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates in establishing the plan of care, coordinates and implements care delivery.
• Analyzes information to determine nursing diagnoses.
• Monitors patient progress and applies interventions to reach goals.
• Promotes health and a safe environment for patients.
