Job summary

Memorial Hermann The Woodlands seeks a Critical Care Clinical Pharmacist with Neuro experience to join our team. This role will develop and apply specialized pharmacotherapy for critically ill patients, focusing on cost containment and collaboration with the care team.

Requirements include PGY2 in Critical Care or Emergency Medicine (or equivalent), Texas licensure, and BCPS or equivalent within 1 year. Day shift with rotating after-hours and weekend call in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safe care in line with Memorial Hermann policies and budget.
