Responsabilités

• Performs histories and physical examinations and ongoing patient assessments.
• Participates in daily patient rounds with physicians.
• Assists with admission work-ups and/or consults to facilitate care across the continuum.
• Initiates and monitors treatments and orders tests; coordinates discharge planning.
• Performs wound assessments and participates in quality improvement processes.
