Job summary

Qualifications

• Physician Assistant licensure in Texas; Board certification by NCCPA.
• APRN licensure for Texas with authority to practice as Family/Adult Gerontology/Acute Care APRN.

Responsibilities

• Perform histories, exams, diagnoses, and plans in designated areas.
• Document findings clearly and manage time effectively for optimal care.
• Educate patients and families to ensure self-management and follow-up.
• Support interdisciplinary collaboration to maintain quality care and patient satisfaction.
• Maintain required certifications and participate in PHHS education activities.
• Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Attend regular staff meetings and contribute to department goals.
