Cleveland Clinic Health System is hiring a Clinical Technician across a variety of shifts to support quality patient care at the Cleveland Clinic Main Campus. As a Clinical Technician, you’ll assist with basic patient care, maintain clean and organized patient rooms, and bring empathy and compassion to every interaction.

You’ll join a growing Neurological Institute expansion designed to elevate care for complex neurological conditions and work alongside a dedicated team delivering outstanding

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED
• BLS certification via AHA within new hire period (nursing students must have prior to hire)
• One year of recent, full-time patient care experience
• Additional education/training may substitute for some/all the stated experience
• Nursing students with at least one clinical rotation may substitute the rotation for the required experience
• Military HM/68W/4N0X1 experience will be considered
• Requires full body motion to move and lift patients; extensive standing and walking
• Follows standard precautions using personal protective equipment as required.

Responsabilités

• Provide or assist with patient care under the supervision of an RN, such as taking vital signs and weight, assisting patients with personal care, point of care testing, dressing changes, applying external monitoring devices and removing urinary Foley Catheters.
• Report abnormal findings or changes in physical, mental and emotional conditions to an RN.
• Assist with keeping patients’ rooms clean and orderly.
