Job summary

LifeBridge Health's Sinai Hospital in Baltimore is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our Neurosurgery and Neurology teams. You will provide clinical care to in-patient and emergency department patients and assist with neurocritical care procedures, contributing to a comprehensive neurocare program.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Physician Assistant or CRNP or Acute Care Nurse Practitioner license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Versatile cases

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care to patients in the Neurosurgery and Neurology departments, attending to both in-patient and emergency department needs.
• Assist with neurocritical care procedures including craniotomies, spinal surgeries, and diagnostic testing such as ICP monitoring and CSF drainage trials.
• Perform duties in compliance with hospital and departmental policies to ensure safety for both patients and staff.
• Maintain active engagement with continuing education, identifying training and development opportunities.
• Ensure documentation compliance with hospital and department policies, including maintaining NCCPA and Maryland State Licensure requirements.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals in the diagnosis and management of neurocritical and general neurosurgery patients.
