Qualifications

• Associates Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's preferred.
• Active RN license (single state or multi-state compact).
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum 5 years of RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Performs nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation to deliver individualized care.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.
• Documents care accurately and communicates with patients and families.
• Upholds safety standards and participates in shared governance and quality initiatives.
