• Provides patient-centered care respecting cultural diversity
• Partners with patients and families via bedside shift reports, rounds, and teaching
• Coordinates safe, high-quality care and documentation across the care team
• Supports performance improvement and shared governance across the system

Education

Associate Degree in Nursing or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor's Nursing - Preferred
