You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists and biomedical staff to translate neurophysiological insights into consumer tactile technologies and product prototypes. Qualifications

• HHands-on neurophysiological experimental design and execution.
• Experience with neural interfaces or wearable sensing tech.
• Experience in non-human biological model research is a plus.
• Proficiency with data collection, statistics, and visualization (MATLAB, Python, R).
• Experience with scripting to support experimental workflows (Python, MATLAB, LabVIEW).
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Design, conduct, and optimize perceptual experiments focused on sensory processing and perception.
• Independently execute defined experiments and develop experimental paradigms with guidance.
• Perform interface experimentation to understand and improve sensory experiences.
• Collect, curate, and analyze neurophysiological and behavioral data with rigor.
• Develop and improve software tools to automate data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with biomedical scientists to develop experiments and stimulation paradigms.
• Work with engineers, data scientists, and product developers.
• Document protocols, results, and insights to support product development.
• Stay current with advances in sensory neuroscience relevant to consumer tech.
• Other duties as assigned.
