Job description

We are seeking an experienced Facets NetworX Configuration Specialist to support critical configuration initiatives. This is a fully remote contract role ideal for someone with a strong background in configuring NetworX within the Facets system, particularly in the context of provider networks, benefits, and claims adjudication.

Responsibilities:

1. Configure and maintain provider networks using Facets NetworX module
2. Collaborate with business analysts and developers to translate benefit and contract rules into system configuration
3. Perform QA and validation of configuration changes
4. Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to claims adjudication and provider network set-up
5. Support testing efforts for configuration updates, including UAT and regression testing
6. Document configuration updates and provide knowledge transfer to internal teams

Required Skills:

1. 5+ years of experience working with Facets in a configuration role
2. Deep expertise in the NetworX module, including pricing configuration and provider network setup
3. Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and benefit configuration
4. Experience supporting Medicaid or Medicare plans preferred
5. Ability to work independently in a remote, fast-paced environment
6. Excellent communication and documentation skills
