Ideal candidate, Data Analyst/Data Specialist , has solid working experience in a clinical data setting as well as hands-on experience with Large Data Sets
Crucial skillset needed to to the candidate's success in effectively managing and analyzing complex data sets, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail, and proactively driving projects forward.
1. Attention to detail: It is crucial for the candidate to possess a strong attention to detail in order to effectively analyze and process large amounts of data. This skill ensures accuracy and precision in their work, minimizing errors and ensuring data integrity.
2. Experience with large data sets: The ideal candidate should have prior experience working with large amounts of data. This includes proficiency in data manipulation, analysis, and interpretation. Familiarity with tools and technologies commonly used for data handling and analysis is highly desirable.

A go-getter mindset demonstrates drive, resourcefulness, and a willingness to take on challenges. This attribute is particularly important in a dynamic and fast-paced environment where the ability to adapt and deliver results is essential.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Champions the Healthcare Provider onboarding process, as assigned by the client Program Manager, by facilitating and/or owning each of the Healthcare Provider Onboarding Phase activities.
• Participates in the Initial Contact Phase to present the Healthcare Provider with our onboarding process, collect Healthcare Provider points of contacts and to distribute the Healthcare Provider Sophistication Survey(s).
• Supports the Healthcare Provider and client team resources for the Readiness Phase inclusive of scheduling, establishing connectivity, data sources, data mapping requirements and establishing timelines for the Healthcare Provider and EMR/EHR vendor.
• Works with the Program Manager to track the client Implementation team’s progress with configuring the Staging environment for Healthcare Provider user capabilities.
• Provides training to Agencies on the use of client , the Data Validation process and reports, and the relevant e-Measures.
• Performs Data Validation for each Healthcare Provider providing a report summary to the Healthcare Provider and/or EMR/EHR vendor on data issues requiring resolution.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Experience, Competencies and Education:
• A bachelor’s degree with emphasis preferably in clinical data and analytics.
• 2-5+ years of working experience in a clinical data setting.
• Knowledgeable in using computer applications and software pertaining to this field.
• Understands clinical data, data validation processes and data troubleshooting skills.
• Portrays an excellent working attitude and character.
• Ability to manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously.
• Builds and maintains a reference-able customer relationship
• Initiates and supports teamwork across departments and the organization
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills with experience working in a clinical / healthcare environment.
• Possessing a CHDA (Clinical Health Data Analyst) Certification would be a definite asset
