Job summary

Ericsson in Plano, Texas invites you to join a 12-week Networks Domain Services Sales Support internship. You will support RFx responses, review customer requirements, and help scope cognitive network services with cross-functional teams.

This program provides exposure to pricing analysis, proposals, and collaboration across sales, delivery, solution architecture, and finance to turn customer needs into compelling offers. Strong communication and a problem-solving mindset are valued.

Qualifications

• Actively enrolled in an accredited Bachelor's or Master's program in business, engineering, computer science, telecommunications, information technology, economics, finance, operations, project management, or a related field.
• Must maintain a minimum GPA of 2.7 on a 4.0 scale or equivalent.
• Actively enrolled on a full-time basis at an accredited 4-year college or university during the internship.

Responsibilities

• Support RFx responses, tenders, proposals, presentations, and other services sales activities.
• Review customer requirements and help identify suitable Ericsson services and solution components.
• Assist in scoping cognitive network services and deployment offerings with deliverables, timelines, risks, and assumptions.
• Collaborate with delivery and architecture teams to improve clarity and feasibility of proposed work.
• Support commercial analysis by reviewing cost, pricing inputs, and making recommendations.
• Help develop statements of work, service descriptions, effort estimates, pricing models, and business cases.
• Research telecommunications services, deployment practices, and industry trends to inform proposals.
• Organize technical, operational, and commercial information to support customer solutions and opportunities.
