  • Participate in testing activities, document results, identify issues, and track actions to completion.
  • Assist with solution configuration, parameter reviews, software upgrades, feature activation, and other technical activities as assigned.
  • Help analyze network behavior, alarms, logs, test results, and performance data to support troubleshooting.
  • Contribute to fault isolation by collecting information, reproducing issues, documenting findings, and proposing potential workarounds.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, product management, R&D, delivery teams, Customer Unit teams, and other stakeholders to resolve technical issues.
  • Support demonstrations, early product introductions, solution readiness activities, and customer trials.
  • Prepare technical documentation, test reports, presentations, diagrams, and status updates.
  • Help identify opportunities to improve solution introduction, testing, and troubleshooting through automation, scripting, data analysis, or AI-enabled tools.
  • Participate in technical meetings and provide clear updates on progress, risks, issues, assumptions, and next steps.
  • Develop knowledge of Ericsson’s cellular and RAN portfolio, relevant industry standards, and solution introduction processes.
The skills you bring

Preferred
