Ericsson in Bellevue, WA is seeking a Solution Introduction Engineer (Feature Test Engineer) to drive hands-on testing of radio software and hardware. You will work in the radio lab, validate 4G LTE/5G features, and collaborate with development, customer units, and project managers to ensure readiness before deployment.

You will perform lab and field configurations, document results, troubleshoot defects, and contribute to pre‑commercial proofs of concept with customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–6 years of telecom experience in radio/RAN, hands-on LTE/5G testing.
• Experience with integration, certification, and implementation of 4G LTE/5G into lab and production networks.

Join our TeamAbout this opportunityIf you are an early career professional, Ericsson is seeking a Solution Introduction Engineer to serve as a Feature Test Engineer based in Bellevue, WA. In this role, you will work within Ericsson's radio lab, developing hands-on familiarity with Ericsson's radio software and hardware products through rigorous product testing. You will be exposed to the latest radio products ahead of their deployment in major North American customer networks, with the primary goal of validating functionality and resolving issues before network-wide rollout. This role involves close collaboration with internal teams — including development and customer units — as well as direct customer engagement.
