Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree and typically 5+ years of relevant experience in networking, validation engineering, testing, or quality engineering.
Strong Python programming, scripting, or automation experience.
Software testing and validation methodologies.
Test automation development and debugging skills.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities.
Root-cause analysis capabilities.
Experience with automation frameworks or automated testing solutions.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to learn new technologies quickly.
Experience working in Linux or similar development environments.

Responsibilities

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and validation procedures for networking products.
Perform feature, system, integration, and regression testing to ensure product quality and reliability.
Troubleshoot and debug complex networking and software issues.
Develop and maintain automation scripts and frameworks using Python.
Collaborate with Product Management, Development, and Quality Engineering teams.
Participate in validation of networking reference designs and customer deployment scenarios.
Identify, document, reproduce, and track defects through resolution.
Contribute to release readiness and product quality initiatives.
Create technical documentation and validation reports.
Work effectively within globally distributed engineering teams.
