Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in technical business development, sales, account management, project management, or a related customer-facing role in electronics, wireless, networking, power, or EMS.
• Strong understanding of electronics and product development processes.
• Experience with WWAN/WLAN or networking products; power electronics is a plus.
• Strong customer relationship, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate customer technical requirements into product and business opportunities.
• English proficiency required; Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow business opportunities for Networking and Power products, including new customer acquisition and existing account expansion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key technical and business stakeholders.
• Understand customer product requirements, technology roadmaps, and business needs, and identify opportunities for Fii's products and solutions.
• Provide technical support and guidance for WWAN and WLAN products, working closely with customers and internal engineering teams to address technical requirements, resolve issues, and develop appropriate product solutions.
• Work with engineering and product teams to develop technical solutions and customer proposals for Networking and Power applications.
• Lead customer opportunities through RFQ, quotation, product development, qualification, and production ramp.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and other cross-functional teams to meet customer requirements and program objectives.
• Manage customer issues and escalations, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Support account planning, forecasting, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
• Monitor customer and market trends to identify new business opportunities and support Fii's growth strategy.
