Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior Network/Voice Program Manager in New York for a hybrid role (3 days in office). Candidate should have strong PM experience in Network/Voice or Infrastructure projects, PMP certification, and solid stakeholder communication skills. Experience with Agile and Waterfall, plus MS Project, Jira, and Confluence, is expected.

Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred. Interview may be required in person in New York, NY.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field is required.
• PMP certification is mandatory and must be current.
• Experience managing Network/Voice/Infrastructure projects in enterprise environments.
• Financial services experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead senior Network/Voice or Infrastructure programs end-to-end.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and manage communications across teams.
• Apply PMP principles and blend Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Utilize MS Project, Jira, and Confluence for planning and tracking.
• Prepare for in-person interview in New York, NY if required.

Network/Voice Program Manager

We are looking for Senior Network / Voice Program Manager (not wireless experience)

this is hybrid role (3 days WFO) with flexibility for weekend, prefer local candidates or who are willing to relocate to requirement location

Candidate should be available for an in person interview in New York, NY if required

Strong project management experience in Network, Voice, or Infrastructure projects

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Mandatory PMP certification

Solid experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Project (MPP), Jira, and Confluence

Experience working in an enterprise environment is required; finance sector experience is preferred

CCNA/CCNP level knowledge is desirable for high level technology handling

PMP Certification

Salary Range- $110,000-$135,000 a year
