Job summary

Work with product marketing, product management, engineering, and field sales to refresh collateral, develop battlecards, videos, and demonstrations, and use AI tools to accelerate content creation.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Technical Communication, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
• Interest in computer networking, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, data centers, or enterprise technology.
• Strong research, analytical, and information-organizing skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Good organizational and project coordination skills, including multi-tasking and meeting deadlines.
• Curiosity, initiative, attention to detail, and willingness to engage with stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn new AI-powered tools for research and content development.

Responsibilities

• Review and refresh marketing materials to meet current customer and field sales needs.
• Transform INSIGHT presentations into competitive battlecards, product overviews, and customer-facing materials.
• Develop content explaining product features and how network visibility solutions work together.
• Translate technical concepts into clear content for technical and business audiences.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and experts to understand capabilities and use cases.
• Use AI tools to brainstorm, outline, draft, summarize, and repurpose content while ensuring accuracy.
