Job summary

Randstad Enterprise is seeking an Endpoint Services Coordinator / Network Transformation Analyst to support hospital network modernization initiatives. You will coordinate site readiness, cutovers, and stakeholder communications to minimize disruption and ensure smooth deployments.

The role acts as a bridge between Digital Operations, Network Engineering, Clinical Operations, Facilities, Security, and vendor partners. Overnight cutovers may be required and coordination across teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading enterprise technology projects.
• Experience coordinating infrastructure, network, or data center initiatives.
• Healthcare/academic environment experience preferred.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate network transformation projects across sites.
• Manage readiness reviews and go-live planning.
• Support night/overnight cutovers as required.
• Develop deployment runbooks and SOPs.
• Communicate status to senior leadership.
