Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation seeks a training-focused supervisor to coach restaurant teams on their roles, responsibilities, and adherence to Brand and food safety standards. You will deliver targeted training, monitor completion using Brand and franchisee tools, and onboard new staff using established systems.

You will ensure the team can execute new product rollouts, communicate clearly with staff and managers, and serve as a role model while delivering exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Train and coach restaurant team members on their roles and responsibilities and ensure they are meeting all Brand and food safety standards.
• Train restaurant team members and ensure completion of required training using Brand and franchisee's tools.
