Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Network Test Automation Engineer in San Jose, CA to design, develop, and execute tests for evaluating network performance in AI/ML contexts. You will own end-to-end testing, build testing environments, and enhance test frameworks to boost efficiency.

The role requires 7+ years (or equivalent advanced degrees) in STEM, 3+ years of Python automation, and solid networking experience with PyTest or similar frameworks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields with 7+ years of experience, or Master’s with 4+ years, or PhD with 1+ year.
• At least 3 years of experience in Python automation scripting.
• Experience with configuring, testing, or debugging networking systems and solutions.
• Proficiency with PyTest or similar open-source QA automation frameworks.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields with 7+ years of relevant experience, or Master’s degree with 4+ years, or PhD with 1+ years.
• At least 3 years of experience in Python automation scripting.
• Experience with configuring, testing, or debugging networking systems and solutions.
• Proficiency with PyTest or similar open-source QA automation frameworks.
• Knowledge of control and data plane technologies, including L2/L3 networking, BGP, ECMP, and VXLAN-based EVPN fabrics.
