Job summary

Syntrio Solutions LLC is seeking a Network Technician to support, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure ensuring reliable connectivity for customers. The role covers configuration, monitoring, and security alignment across switches, routers, firewalls, and VoIP systems.

Responsibilities include documenting changes, performing upgrades, and collaborating with vendors to resolve circuit issues while meeting security standards and business needs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, DNS, and DHCP.
• Experience with switches, routers and firewalls.
• Ability to document network configurations and changes.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and hold a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve network connectivity issues with switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including switches, routers, firewalls, and related infrastructure.
• Monitor network performance and proactively identify potential issues before they impact users.
• Assist with network upgrades, migrations, and expansion projects.
• Configure VLANs, routing, and switching; perform cabling and physical infrastructure maintenance.
• Document network configurations, diagrams, procedures, and changes.
• Support VoIP and unified communications systems.
• Coordinate with vendors/service providers to troubleshoot circuit issues.
• Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices.
