Job summary

Brightspeed is seeking an experienced Network Technician to join our team in the Central Office environment. The role involves working in a critical setting, handling switching equipment, generators, and fiber/copper networks, with required overtime and weekend work as needed.

You will support and maintain Central Office infrastructure, including alarms, circuits, and transport networks, while adhering to safety standards and collaborating with customers and peers.

Qualifications

• Experience with Central Office cabling and maintenance.
• Self-motivated with ability to drive issues to resolution.
• Ability to promote Brightspeed services to customers.
• Knowledge of safety rules and regulations.

Brightspeed is looking for an experienced Network Technician to join our growing team! In this critical role as a Network Technician you will be responsible for all aspects of working in the physical Central Office. As a Network Technician you will be required to work overtime and weekends.

As Network Technician Your Responsibilities Will Include
