Role & responsibilities

1. **Network Design and Architecture:**

- Design and architect robust and scalable network solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network designs align with overall technology strategies.

2. **Implementation and Configuration:**

- Lead the implementation and configuration of network hardware and software components.

- Ensure adherence to best practices and security standards during the deployment of network infrastructure.

3. **Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution:**

- Provide expert-level support for complex network issues, including root cause analysis and resolution.

- Collaborate with support teams to develop and implement proactive measures for network issue prevention.

4. **Performance Optimization:**

- Conduct regular performance monitoring and analysis of network infrastructure.

- Recommend and implement optimizations to enhance network performance and reliability.

5. **Security and Compliance:**

- Implement and enforce security measures to protect the network against potential threats.

- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal security policies.

6. **Documentation:**

- Create and maintain detailed documentation of network configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.

- Develop and update network diagrams to reflect the current state of the infrastructure.

7. **Training and Knowledge Transfer:**

- Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members.

- Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, and share knowledge with the team.

8. **Collaboration and Communication:**

- Collaborate with other IT teams to integrate network solutions with other systems and applications.

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Several years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-level networks.

- In-depth knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software solutions.

- Industry certifications such as CCIE, CCNP, or equivalent are highly desirable.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Hands on Expert knowledge on Security product such as Palo Alto, Cisco ASA , DDOS , SIEM solutions.

- Good Network design knowledge & Implementer.
