A global leader in information technology is seeking a Call Center Team Leader in Tampa, Florida. You will manage a remote team, enhance service standards, and drive performance in a fast-paced environment within the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate has experience in call center leadership and is skilled in coaching and managing team dynamics for success.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a remote team in daily operations of a call center
- Implement established policies, procedures, and service models
- Monitor operations with call data analysis to identify trends and measure productivity
- Provide leadership and support to Healthcare Call Center Associates
- Create and maintain service standards for daily operations, customer service, and customer retention
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of call center team leadership experience
- Understanding of medical claims or patient processing for insurance provider
- Excellent management skills and solid understanding of call center management procedures and metrics
- Proven experience in positively managing and coaching others towards high performance
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
