Job summary

Peraton in Annapolis Junction, MD seeks a Network/Systems Engineering Manager to lead a diverse technical team delivering architecture, engineering, development, and integration for a critical national security program.

The ideal candidate has 14+ years of Systems Engineering experience with a related degree, an active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph, and DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher. This role includes comprehensive benefits, generous PTO, and a strong bonus plan.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 14 years of Systems Engineering experience with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or related discipline is required.
• Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a BS degree, totaling 19 years of SE related experience.
• Active/current TS/SCI security clearance with a current polygraph is required.
• Active DOD 8570 IAT Level II certification or higher is required (i.e. Security+).
• Able to provide technical direction for development, engineering, interfacing, and integration of components of complex systems.
• Experience with network hardware (i.e. CISCO).
• Demonstrated experience providing highly technical and specialized guidance and solutions to complex IT problems.
• Experience managing technical teams.
