Job summary

Arena Technical Resources, LLC seeks a Network Systems Designer / CAD Operator IV for DoD NIWC Pacific work at Offutt AFB, Omaha NE. You will design network layouts, develop IDPs, and produce AutoCAD drawings across multi‑enclave IT infrastructure.

The role requires 6–8 years of design experience, strong AutoCAD skills (certification preferred), and an active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility. Collaboration with engineers and project teams is essential to deliver complete installation

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of network systems design experience.
• AutoCAD drawing proficiency; AutoCAD certification preferred.
• Experience in complex environments with multiple enclaves and C2/IT integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or engineering preferred; AutoCAD drawing experience strongly preferred.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Develop integrated, cost-effective network designs to meet requirements.
• Create and maintain AutoCAD technical drawings and 2D/3D models.
• Collaborate with network/IT engineers and architects to refine designs.
• Document testing, installation, configuration, and operation procedures.
• Produce as-built documentation and final drawing sets.
