Job summary

The role requires 5+ years in network administration, strong knowledge of Microsoft servers and O365, and the ability to coordinate with vendors to meet service levels. A Bachelor’s in IT or equivalent certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in network administration.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Servers and O365 administration.
• Experience with VOIP PBX systems is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in IT or equivalent certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or network problems and replace defective components.
• Configure, maintain and troubleshoot all servers.
• Assist in evaluating the organization's technology needs and recommend upgrades.
• Configure, monitor, and maintain email applications and virus protection.
• Assist with technical support for voice services and telecom systems.
• Maintain logs related to network functions and repairs.
• Monitor data backups and disaster recovery operations.
• Support daily Helpdesk requests and provide training for users.
• Coordinate with consultants, providers, and vendors to meet SLAs.
• Stay updated on advances in technology to improve business processes.
