Job summary

Interweave Technologies seeks a Senior Network Administrator to manage on-site IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and security. You will work closely with clients to ensure high uptime, address complex issues, and support M365 migrations while mentoring junior technicians.

You should bring extensive IT experience, strong problem-solving, and proven communication with senior management. On-site presence is required, with a focus on secure, reliable network operations.

Qualifications

• Advanced training in Information Technology or Information Security.
• Two or Four-year degree from an accredited institution preferred.
• Seven years of IT experience with strong problem-solving skills; MSP experience preferred.
• Experience in user technical support, network administration, and multi-user environments.
• Proficiency with DHCP, DNS, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 migrations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and design servers, networks, and security to maximize uptime.
• Address customer concerns and maintain productive client relationships.
• Support on-premise and Microsoft 365 cloud applications and migrations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues and ticketed work.
• Mentor junior technicians and participate in process improvements.

Interweave Technologies provides IT technology solutions for customers throughout the US. We’re looking to add a Senior Network Administrator to our team — a client‑facing resource who develops high‑level relationships with our clients through ongoing communication that maximizes up‑time and advances client productivity and profitability through technology.

Senior Network Administrator

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate a high level of organizational skills and the ability to self‑manage and prioritize a dynamic workload.
• Address customer concerns in reference to products and services rendered.
• Work on all aspects of IT infrastructure – on‑premise and Microsoft 365 cloud applications.
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues.
• Design, test, and implement servers, networks, hardware, and software.
• Manage and maintain tickets assigned and hours billed to show initiative to address items based on priority/severity level.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures that protect data, software, and hardware.
• Participate and engage ideas, processes, and actions to improve service, workflow, environment, and culture.
• Assist, train and mentor junior technicians.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 7 years experience in Information Technology with advanced problem‑solving skills. MSP experience preferred.
• Experience in user technical support, network administration, network architecture/design, systems administration, and support activities in multi‑user network environments.
• Demonstrated proficiency in DHCP, DNS, and Active Directory.
• Demonstrated proficiency with network equipment – routers, firewalls, access points, & switches.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft 365, including experience migrating on‑premise infrastructure to the M365 cloud.
• Ability to create and provide innovative solutions to complex technical problems.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management and other departments.
• Self‑starter with exceptional problem‑solving abilities and a “get it done” attitude, exercising the highest ethical standards.
• Demonstrated proficiency in MS Office 365.
• Knowledge and experience with MSP Management tools are a plus.
• Security +, Linux, Microsoft, or Cisco certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of PBX/Telephone equipment is a plus.

Education

• Advanced training in Information Technology or Information Security required.
• Two or Four‑year degree from an accredited institution preferred.

Additional Requirements

• Successful completion of a drug screening and a criminal background check.
• Valid Driver’s License and transportation.
• Requires on‑site office presence.
