Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in network administration or infrastructure support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing and switching.

Responsibilities

• Configure, deploy, and maintain Cisco switches including VLANs and trunking.
• Manage wired and wireless network infrastructure and security.
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity issues.
• Maintain network diagrams, IP records, and inventories.
• Support firewall, VPN, and remote access configurations.
• Stage and support Windows Server environments and AD services.
• Assist with backups, disaster recovery, and IT audits.
• Provide technical support and document SOPs and configuration records.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors on projects and upgrades.
• Occasional on-call support for critical incidents.
