Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN networks, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting tools.
• Experience with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with firewalls, proxies, IDS, and other network security tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems (2008/2012/2016).
• Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude towards resolving issues.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain network equipment such as routers, switches, firewalls, and WiFi access points
• Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
• Implement security measures to protect the network from potential threats
• Manage user accounts and permissions on the network
• Set up and maintain virtual private networks (VPN)
• Administer backups of critical systems to ensure data protection
• Provide technical support to end-users for hardware and software related issues
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in networking technology to improve our company's infrastructure
