Job summary

ManpowerGroup, through Experis, seeks a Network / System Engineer III to join the Jersey City team. The role covers cloud network and systems engineering within the Cloud Enablement and Platform Engineering organization, requiring a security-first mindset and cross‑functional collaboration.

The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain cloud solutions, ensure code quality, and contribute to architecture reviews. Hybrid work with three onsite days weekly is required.

Qualifications

• Experience writing infrastructure as code using Terraform.
• Experience building and working with public cloud infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform Enterprise and related capabilities such as Private Module Registry and Terraform Sentinel.
• Deep knowledge of web protocols, multiple operating systems, hypervisors, and distributed systems architecture.
• Experience with Azure CAF or similar frameworks, including cloud security capabilities (e.g., Azure Policy, Azure Defender for Cloud, Azure Sentinel).

Job description

Our client is seeking a Network / System Engineer III to join their team. As a Network / System Engineer III, you will be part of the Cloud Enablement and Platform Engineering organization, supporting cloud network and systems engineering initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong cloud engineering fundamentals, a security-first mindset, and the ability to collaborate effectively across engineering and project teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Jersey City, NJ

Pay Range: $70-$73/hr
