Job summary

Experis is seeking a VMWare Engineer to join our client’s Internal Cloud PaaS team in Chandler, AZ. The engineer will design, build, and maintain a VMware TAS-based PaaS to empower application teams with secure, scalable cloud capabilities.

Responsibilities include owning platform architecture, ensuring enterprise standards, and collaborating with automation, SRE, and operations to improve reliability and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience engineering or operating Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
• Hands-on with Linux, application runtimes, and platform architecture.
• Familiarity with VMware, virtualization concepts, and internal cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting developer onboarding, CI/CD integration, and application runtime platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
