ManpowerGroup Global, Inc. is seeking a VMware Engineer to design, build, and maintain an Internal Cloud PaaS based on VMware Tanzu TAS in Chandler, AZ.

The role focuses on platform architecture, reliability, security, and developer experience within a hybrid work setup. The candidate will collaborate with automation, SRE, and operations teams while supporting onboarding, modernization, and integration of applications into the PaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience engineering or operating Platform as a Service (PaaS) environments.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, application runtimes, and platform architecture.
• Familiarity with VMware, virtualization concepts, and internal cloud platforms.
• Experience supporting developer onboarding, CI/CD integration, and application runtime platforms.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and support the Internal Cloud PaaS based on VMware Tanzu TAS.
• Ensure the TAS platform meets enterprise standards for availability, scalability, security, and developer experience.
• Own the platform architecture, configuration standards, and engineering patterns for deployment and operation.
• Collaborate with automation, SRE, and operations teams to improve platform reliability and lifecycle management.
