Job summary

Inceed partners with a great company to recruit an OT NOC Administrator to monitor OT systems, respond to alarms, and troubleshoot incidents. You will support SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, servers, and networks while maintaining system health and documentation.

Rotation shifts (nights, weekends, holidays) are required. Ideal candidates have an Associate degree or technical equivalent, experience in a NOC, and familiarity with monitoring tools and networking protocols.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• Experience in a NOC or similar technical environment.
• Experience with monitoring and alerting tools.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, routing, and switching.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OT systems including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, servers, and networks.
• Respond to alarms, alerts, and incidents within defined SLAs.
• Perform initial troubleshooting to resolve common technical issues.
• Provide basic support for OT servers, networks, and applications.
• Assist with patching, maintenance, and performance checks.
• Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
• Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Maintain operational documentation and procedures.
• Generate routine system performance and availability reports.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or engineering teams.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on system changes and enhancements.

Job description

Compensation: $40 - $58 /hour, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Monitor OT systems including SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, servers, and networks

• CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or ISA/IEC 62443 certification
• Experience supporting OT networks or infrastructure
