As a Network Support Engineer, you'll serve as a highly skilled technical resource within Summit's Technical Support organization. You'll resolve highly complex network-related issues, perform advanced technical analysis, execute approved changes and maintenance activities, and provide technical guidance across the support organization.
This role represents a deeper technical specialization within Technical Support. Success comes from combining advanced troubleshooting expertise with sound judgment, operational ownership, and a commitment to delivering positive customer outcomes.

The salary range for this role is $53,500 - $68,500 annually, depending on your skills, experience, and location. We aim to make offers that feel fair, forward-looking, and reflective of what you bring to the table - and where you want to grow.
