Sentinel Technologies, Inc. seeks an on-site Network Support Professional for a full-time role in Michigan. You will manage customer network environments, handle service cases, and perform advanced troubleshooting.

The position requires independent work, strong problem-solving, and travel between client sites with a vehicle. Typical duties include configuring Cisco routers/switches, managing wireless LAN, and collaborating with clients to ensure reliable networks.

Formación

• 5–7 years of experience in a similar network support role.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches and Wireless LAN.
• CCNA certification is required.
• Experience with Cisco Catalyst & Nexus platforms.
• Experience troubleshooting network and end-user issues.
• Familiar with Cisco Catalyst Center, Cisco ISE and Cisco ACI.
• Travel between locations with a vehicle; valid driver's license and insurance.
• Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Must have a can-do attitude.

We are seeking an on‑site staffing resource for one of our clients located in Auburn Hills, MI. The schedule for the role is 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. In this position, you will be responsible for supporting the customer’s network environment via service cases and performing network support tasks, as requested by the customer. The ideal candidate will be self‑motivated, with the ability to perform autonomously and drive tasks to successful completion. A good troubleshooting methodology will also benefit candidates in this role.

This position is a full‑time onsite support role at our client located in Auburn Hills, MI.
